Dr. Zain facilitated an interactive mother-daughter workshop for mothers and daughters of menstruating age at The Arbor School designed to educate and empower both generations through the early menstrual years. The session built a shared language around cycles, body literacy, and self-care supporting girls to feel confident and body aware, and helping mothers to feel equipped to guide this transition with clarity and compassion.
